Is the best for the Body Milk?

"Let's spend the milk", this discourse is the most common advice handed down from generation to generation. Most of us swallow the suggestion that belief benefits.

Over time the amount of research conducted, we also know that cow's milk is rich in calcium and vitamin D. This is then claimed as the body needs nutrients. However, with the amount of research on increasing milk, it turns out that many researchers do not claim it agrees completely.
